About This Lesson

Bryan will be back when The Avenue Club re-opens

Come along and have lots of fun and exercise with Bryan. Starting with an Aerobic warm up featuring great sing-a-long songs and 60s/70s disco music, then also toning up all the important areas… Legs, Bums and Tums!!! finishing the class on the floor or standing, with some relaxation and stretching. You will leave the class wanting more, more, MORE and feeling happy!!

The class is suitable for everyone.
Maximum number of participants is 20.
Special Clothing Requirements: Comfortable clothing for working out. Trainers
