About This Lesson

Our Low Impact Aerobics Classes have re-started with Bryan.  He has been missed over the last few months so we and all his regular members are delighted he is back. He is running 2 classes on Thursday afternoons.

Come along and have lots of fun and exercise with Bryan. Starting with an Aerobic warm up featuring well known songs and 60s/70s disco music, then also toning up all the important areas… Legs, Bums and Tums!!! Finishing the class on the floor or standing, with some relaxation and stretching. You will leave the class wanting more, more, MORE and feeling happy!!

The class is suitable for everyone.
Special Clothing Requirements: Comfortable clothing for working out. Trainers
