About This Lesson

Barbara has not been able to run her classes during lockdown. Details of when she will be back will be posted here when we have them.  We hope our members have been practising at home!!

Barbara has been teaching yoga for almost 40 years in all aspects of yoga. She believes in working to your capacity but giving your best.

Hatha yoga is a floor- based practice suitable for all ages and abilities. The class is based on breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation, mindfulness and postures to aid the body with these techniques.

This helps to balance the body physically and mentally in a varied and enjoyable manner.

Classes are open for anyone but you must be able to get up and down from the floor.

You should wear loose clothing, with no tight belts or jewellery and bring your own mat.
