Jacqui will be back when we re-open. Her classes are being sorely missed by her regular attenders.

Our Not So Gentle Exercises classes are for those who think a bit more movement could be possible with warm up, stretching out, and the use of bands and weights.

They include a little aerobics, marching and a sequence of steps.

The class is suitable for everyone
Maximum number of participants is 15.
Special Clothing Requirements: Loose clothing and Aerobic shoes if possible
Equipment Required: Mats, Headrests, gym balls
