About This Lesson

We are delighted that seated exercises will be back from 15th September. Jacqui is excited to be coming back and looking forward to seeing everyone. Please call the Office for details if you would like to join this class.

The exercises on a chair help to maintain mobility and flexibility, strengthening muscles and improving joints. They also help with circulation balance and stamina. Many say they find the exercises useful for reducing joint stiffness and helping with their walking.

The class is suitable for everyone. There are no special clothing required for this class. Equipment like hoops are already provided.
