About This Lesson

Unfortunately, we are not running seated exercises during lockdown but Jackie will be back when we re-open.

The exercises on a chair help to maintain mobility and flexibility, strengthening muscles and improving joints. They also help with circulation balance and stamina. Many say they find the exercises useful for reducing joint stiffness and helping with their walking.

The class is suitable for everyone. There are no special clothing required for this class. Equipment like hoops are already provided.
