About Garry Freer

Garry Freer has been working in the area of health and well being for over 20 years!

A yoga and pilates teacher, lecturer and presenter for health clubs, businesses and business schools, he uses the principals and application of eastern philosophy in his work.

Trained at LAMDA, he has the experience and insight to inspire, influence and lel/ate the people he works with at all levels and at all ages.
